    Universal Rate/Totalizer Batch Controller may be used to display rate and total as well as provide simple automatic or manual batch control. Models are available for analog inputs such as 4- 20mA or frequency/pulse inputs such as pulse, open collector or switch closures. These meters feature a full six digit display, programmable time base of second, minute and hour, as well as a user programmable multiplier out to five decimal points. They also provide 24 VDC excitation for analog inputs and up to 50 mA for frequency/pulse inputs.

    RELAYS Rating: 2 or 4 SPDT (form C); rated 2 Amp at 30 VDC or 2 Amp at 250 VAC resistive load; 1/14 HP at 125/250 VAC for inductive loads.

    Model PD690 is a high performance, easy to use, industrial-grade microprocessor-based digital process meter. It accepts all the standard process signals: 4-20 mA, 1-5 V, 0-5 V and 0-10 V and displays these signals in engineering units on a 41/2 digit display. The display includes an extra zero which may be used to handle numbers up to 199,990.

    • CALIBRATION: May be calibrated using internal calibration (I-CAL) or by applying an external calibration signal (ECAL). To scale inputs such as 0-5 V, 1-5Vor 0-10 V without applying a signal it is necessary to first complete an initial calibration.

      The PD6210 shares some great features common to the ProVu series. With a variety of analog inputs, it offers single and multi-stage batch control with preclose relays, intuitive front panel, and simple menu navigation. The PD6210 has excellent but simple batch control capabilities. The preclose deactivates the relay before the batch is finished, to allow slower fill rates and a more accurate batch finish. With expansion module relays, up to eight-stage batching is possible. Each additional stage-batching relay has an individually programmable preclose amount. Automatic overrun correction keeps the batch size accurate, even over time and with system wear.
