The +GF+SIGNET 2819/2820/2821 Conductivity Sensors offer high performance and reliability. Controlled surface finish and integral temperature compensation devices ensure accurate conductivity measurement.
The SIGNET 2720 unity gain Pre-amplifier converts pH probe signals to a level that can be wired over a great distance on ordinary cable. The 2720 connects to the new line of SIGNET pH and ORP sensors with a unique twist-lock connection design. The 2720 was designed for use with any device supplying a dual 5 VDC supply including all current Signet models of pH and ORP controllers, analyzers, and transmitters. The unit is fully-potted and features a 15 ft. shielded cable and easy to connect 0.75 in. FNPT threads for easy installation into submersible and in-line (use threaded cap P31542) applications.
This Pre-Amplifier is being replaced with the 3-2760-1
The +GF+ SIGNET 2774-2777 pH and ORP Electrodes feature a unique foul-proof DryLoc connector with gold-plated contacts designed specifically for use with the +GF+ SIGNET 2750 and 2760 preamplifiers, sensor electronics, and connectors. These dependable and highly responsive electrodes feature a PTFE double reference junction and a large reference chamber that combine to extend the service life. Embedded positioning of the temperature element in the pH/ORP sensing tip allows the temperature response to be quick and accurate.
The +GF+SIGNET 2822/2823 Conductivity Sensors offer higher pressure and temperature specifications. The flow-through design ensures continuous measurement without air entrapment. Temperature: 203 °F max. Pressure: 100 psi max. Pipe Size Range: 3/4 in. and larger. Materials: Body: 316 Stainless Steel, Insulator: CPVC, O-rings: EPR, Fitting: 3/4 in. MNPT 316 Stainless Steel, Optional: 32820390 316 Stainless Steel 3/4 in. MNPT fitting for submersion
The +GF+ SIGNET Sanitary Conductivity/Resistivity sensors are constructed of 316L SS or Titanium with PTFE insulation in cell constant values of 0.01, 0.1 and 1.0. Certified versions are also available with cell constant values determined to ±1%. When used with +GF+SIGNET’s 5800CR Conductivity/Resistivity Monitor the system meets USP-23 criteria for conductivity.
The Signet 2839-2842 Conductivity/ Resistivity Electrodes are available in four cell constants from 0.01 to 10.0 cm-1, and are suitable for a wide variety of applications from high purity water quality monitoring to weak acids and bases. 316 SS electrode surface finishes are controlled in a precision bead blasting operation to ensure measurement accuracy and repeatability. The PEEK™ insulator and process connections are injection over-molded to minimize variance between electrodes. Double threaded connections in either ¾ in. NPT or ISO 7/1-R 3/4 enable quick and easy installation in submersible or in-line configurations. Transmitter integral mounting kit and junction boxes are available as accessories.
Effective Feb 2015 while supply last, phasing out the sensor with the PEEK material for the PVDF material.
The new material meets or exceeds the specifications of the previous conductivity sensors.
The Signet 2850 Conductivity/Resistivity Sensor Electronics are available in various configurations for maximum installation flexibility. The universal mount version is for pipe, wall, or tank mounting and enables single or dual (digital versions only) inputs using any standard Signet conductivity/resistivity sensor. The threaded j-box version can be used with these same Signet sensors for submersible sensor mounting. It is also available as a combined integral system configuration for in-line mounting and includes a conductivity electrode in a choice of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, 10.0 or 20.0 cm-1 cell constants. The 2850 is ideal for applications with a conductivity range of 0.055 to 400,000 μS or a resistivity range of 18.2 MΩ to 10 kΩ.
