NIRON is a complete polypropylene pipe and fitting system for the distribution of hot and cold water in plumbing and air conditioning systems, for the conveyance of drinking water and alimentary fluids, industrial plants and for the transport of compressed air and chemical substances.
The pipes and fittings that compose the NIRON range are manufactured using random copolymer polypropylene (PPRCT), a plastic material with a special molecular structure ensuring high mechanical resistance and duration, even at high temperatures and pressures.
THE PIPE is compliant to the main Standards for the conveyance of potable water. It can be produced in different SDRs (from SDR 11 to SDR 7,4). The selection of the proper SDR and design is related to the required operating conditions. The pipe has been designed with the highest safety standards. The UV barrier layer is in fact in addition to the SDR stress-bearing layer of the pipe.
The Nominal Diameter is maintained to facilitate the welding operations. NERO by NIRON® piping range goes from Ø1/2" to Ø16". Bigger sizes can be provided upon request.
NERO by NIRON® FITTINGS are of the electrofusion type and are produced by adding a UV stabilizer masterbatch to the polypropylene base. This allows the full continuity of the UV protection in the installed pipeline. All the parts not chemically protected must be physically protected
HDPE Electrofusion Fittings and Special Components for Water and Gas under Pressure.
ELOFIT is a PEHD - High Density Polyethylene PE100 - system of fittings for electrofusion and butt-fusion, PE-metal transition fittings and special components for the conveyance of fluids under pressure.
ELOFIT fittings are manufactured and certified by the most prestigious international certification bodies. They comply with the provisions of the National Regulations for gas distribution networks and water for human consumption.
